Lisa Marie Koop advises national and international companies on commercial and distribution law.
Among other things, she assists in drafting all types of contracts along the entire supply and value chain, e.g. for purchasing and sales, production, distribution and cooperation. In addition, she deals with product-related regulatory requirements and product compliance on an international, European and German level, in particular in the field of environmental law/ESG.
Lisa Marie Koop completed part of her studies at the University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute of Geneva. Before joining us, she gained experience in two international law firms, the German Federal Ministry of Economics and the United Nations.
