Hogan Lovells hires Shanghai partner in China investigations push

London, Shanghai, 16 September 2021 – Hogan Lovells has today announced that Calvin Ding will be joining the firm as a partner in its Investigations, White Collar and Fraud practice, based in the Shanghai office. Calvin will join Hogan Lovells from Greenberg Traurig where he was a shareholder. He will start with the firm on 22 September.
Calvin has more than a decade of experience in international anti-corruption advisory and investigations, cross-border litigation and e-discovery, as well as compliance with Chinese anti-trust, anti-bribery, and privacy laws. He recently advised one of the world’s largest retailers on FCPA and Chinese anti-bribery law compliance and he also established the Greater China anti-corruption compliance function of one of the largest hotel chains in the world. His clients include both Chinese companies and individuals from a wide range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, e-commerce, automotive and pharmaceuticals.
