Paige counsels clients on compliance with U.S. state privacy laws (such as the CCPA and Washington’s My Health My Data Act), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and other regulations that affect their products and services. Paige has experience with a variety of legal issues related to privacy and data security, including digital health, wearable technology, data breach response, and advising on corporate transactions from a privacy and cybersecurity perspective. 

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, she worked as an associate in the privacy and cybersecurity practice of a global law firm. While in law school, Paige’s paper on wearable technology regulation was published in the Minnesota Law Review.
