Bartłomiej Wyjatek is a qualified attorney-at-law (radca prawny) and a member of the Antitrust/Competition Practice.
Bartłomiej is a legal adviser with many years’ experience in competition law, unfair competition law, and consumer protection law. He has advised clients on matters relating to distribution networks and commercial contracts. Bartłomiej has represented entrepreneurs in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, as well as in court and arbitration proceedings in cases concerning acts of unfair competition. He has also been involved in numerous M&A transactions advising clients at the stage of negotiating transaction documents, and representing clients in merger control proceedings.
