Sophia Jaeger

In particular, she has extensive expertise in advising and representing clients in high stake D&O disputes against members of the management or the supervisory board. This includes all topics which might arise with regard to the related D&O insurance law issues. Furthermore, she advises clients in connection with shareholder disputes which includes, among others, disputes with co-shareholders and enforcing the client’s rights in shareholder meetings.  Her second focus is commercial and antitrust litigation. Here she acts - in and out of court - for defendants and claimants in a variety of industries on the full range of such disputes. 

With many years of broad experience, Sophia navigates her clients through every phase of such disputes always focusing on achieving efficient results which meet the client’s particular business needs. To this end international and cross-border cases are part of her daily work as she is fluent in both English and Spanish.
