As senior counsel in the Hogan Lovells Real Estate team, Anita Zacharias has 20 years' experience advising clients on a broad range of real estate and real estate finance transactions.
Anita is committed to navigating her clients through the transactional process from start to finish, adopting a hands-on approach with a premium on direct communication. Setting her dictaphone and email to one side, Anita is often to be found arranging meetings with clients on site so that she can see first-hand the asset in respect of which she brings to bear her enthusiasm, experience and industry knowledge.

Anita's principal areas of focus are in the hotels and leisure sector, on the sale and disposal of investment portfolios and on the acquisition of super-prime Central London properties for high net worth (often overseas) individuals.
