We are one of a very small group of firms that has experience listing funds on all of London's equity capital markets — the London Stock Exchange's Main Market, the Specialist Fund Market, and AIM. We have also listed funds on the Luxembourg, Channel Islands, Irish, and Bermuda stock exchanges.

Representative experience

We advised HSBC Infrastructure Company, International Public Partnerships, BBGI, and two John Laing funds on their LSE Main Market IPOs and subsequent capital raisings.

We advised Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited and CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund Ltd on their establishment, subsequent capital raisings, and other corporate actions.

Advised Canaccord Genuity, Jefferies International, JP Morgan Cazenove, Macquarie Capital, Numis Securities, and others on underwriting and bookrunning mandates in respect of listed funds.
