Alessandro Azzolini is an Italian qualified lawyer with solid experience on structured finance and debt capital markets transaction, with focus on securitisaztion transactions and covered bond issuance programmes.
His structured finance experience includes advice to arrangers, issuers and originators in relation to a number of public and private securitizations, both domestic and cross-border, as well as receivables purchase transactions, involving various types of receivables, including NPE (UTP, NPLs), consumer loans, tax and trade receivables.
He has a solid experience on capital markets transactions, and he advises issuers, originators and arrangers in Italy on securitizations and covered bonds.
Alessandro graduated from the University of Rome "Università degli Studi Roma Tre" cum laude in 2016. He is member of the Rome Bar Association since 2018.
