Over the years, Ben has handled numerous arbitration proceedings under the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, UNCITRAL and other sets of arbitral rules. This has included arbitrations seated not only in London but in several other jurisdictions too – from Singapore to Istanbul.
Ben has also been involved in national court proceedings in relation to all aspects of the arbitration process – including jurisdiction challenges, applications for injunctions, and the enforcement of awards – in several jurisdictions, including England, Cyprus, the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands.
An experienced advocate, Ben conducts advocacy and cross-examination at all stages of the arbitration process. Ben also has full rights of audience for civil matters at all levels of the English courts.
