Pierre-Marie specializes in private equity and M&A transactions, particularly in the context of cross-border and complex transactions. He represents private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, public and private corporations, across the entire investment cycle. Highly experienced in high-stake transactions involving multiple jurisdictions, he advises clients in all types of transactions, notably LBO, take-private transactions, acquisitions and disposals, fund raisings and distressed situations. 

He has a particular focus on technology, healthcare and highly regulated industries, as well as energy and infrastructure. He has recently developed a specific expertise in private equity secondaries transactions (GP-led, LP-stake, strip sale transactions, etc.).
