Izzy practises within the London Debt Capital Markets team and predominately acts for corporate trustees, agents and other corporate service providers. She advises on a broad spectrum of debt products, both in relation to new transactions and post-closing matters such as defaults, amendments and restructurings. Izzy has a particular focus on advising trustees and service providers engaged in complex situations, including intercreditor disputes and the administration of distressed debt.
