He specializes in corporate taxation, with a particular focus on French and cross-border transactional taxation in connection with private equity and public and private M&A transactions, asset restructurings, as well as capital markets and asset financing.
Alexis regularly advises French and multinational groups of companies, public and private sector entities, financial institutions and investment funds. He also advises his clients on employee stock offerings and management packages.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Alexis spent seven years in the tax department of a leading law firm in its Paris office.
