Cecilia Canova is an Associate in the Technology, Media and Communications and Commercial Group in Italy.
Cecilia supports national and international clients on data protection, cybersecurity and consumer protection issues. She provides strategic advice on complex data protection issues such as profiling and advertising, automatic individual decision-making processes, investigations, processing of biometric data, and more. Cecilia is often involved in multi-jurisdictional projects and assists clients in handling incidents, including data breaches.
Cecilia graduated in Law from the University of Turin in 2019 and earned in 2020 an LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology from Bocconi University.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells she worked with an international firm as part of the global Intellectual Property, Data and Technology Group.
