As a new associate in the litigation group, Madison Cash assists clients with privacy and cybersecurity needs. Her practice involves complex commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on class actions and multijurisdictional litigation. She also counsels clients on preparedness and responds to cyber incidents when they arise.

Madison is a graduate of the Duke University School of Law, where she was a member of the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law and the Duke Law and Technology Review. During her time in law school, Madison was heavily involved in the National Security Law Society and the Duke Center on Law, Ethics, and National Security. During law school, she interned for the Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps at the Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic (Norfolk, Virginia) and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
