Cees is a partner in the London Private Equity & Secondaries team.  Cees advises on a broad range of corporate and funds transactions, with a particular focus on buy-outs, minority and co-investments, management equity plans, joint ventures, growth capital and VC and secondaries (GP-leds and portfolio transactions).  He acts for private equity funds, fund of funds, institutional investors, development finance institutions and corporates across a range of sectors.  Cees previously worked in the corporate team of Hogan Lovells’ Amsterdam office, and is both English and Dutch law qualified.

Pantheon Ventures on various GP-leds, secondary portfolio acquisitions and co-investment transactions
