Claudia Wolf provides legal advice to national and international clients on all aspects of real estate. She regularly handles real estate transactions (single and portfolio transactions, both asset and share deals) and can assist you with her extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells in 2016, Claudia has worked in the real estate department of another major international law firm for five years. Claudia's focus is on special properties such as shopping centres and other retail buildings, hotels, offices, logistic centres and wind farms.
Claudia studied law at the University of Goettingen and completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg. She was admitted to the bar in 2011 and regularly holds presentations and seminars on commercial tenancy law.
Representative experience
Advising a major shopping centre operator on the acquisition and sale as well as during asset management of numerous shopping centres in Germany.
Advising PATRIZIA in connection with portfolio transactions acquiring retail assets for a special regulated fund.
Advising a Consortium around Allianz on the take-over of Autobahn Tank & Rast GmbH.
Advising EDEKA on the acquisition of approx. 450 supermarkets from Kaiser's Tengelmann group as well as on the sale of the Tobago-DIY store portfolio.
Advising a joint venture of Fattal and Leopard on the acquisition of 20 hotels from Queen Moat Houses as well as on the subsequent sale of a hotel portfolio.
Frequent advice to Fattal on drafting and negotiating lease agreements for several hotels in Germany.
Advising TLG Immobilien on the sale of approx. 11,000 residential units and its commercial real estate portfolio.
Advising Allianz Renewable Energy Fund on the acquisition of a portfolio of onshore wind farms.
