Rachel Dabydoyal is the co-Head of the Birmingham office and the Global Head of Alternative Delivery Solutions. Her teams are dedicated to delivering services in a flexible, efficient, and cost-effective manner, leveraging the latest technology.

Rachel has strategic responsibilty for our Legal Delivery Centre (UK), US Staff Attorney Program and US Practice Support.  By supporting on aggregate parts of clients' matters, Rachel's teams help increase cost efficiencies for our clients while maintaining high-quality standards. 

Additionally, Rachel leads our UK Resource Management function which supports our partners with work allocation, and our global Client Services Team, which assists with client surveys.
