During her time at the firm, Regina has gained experience advising sub-sovereign and infrastructure project financing, particularly those aimed at improving public service delivery, and she plays a key role in complex contracting projects involving intricate financial schemes. Her experience extends to the FinTech sector, where she guides Mexican and international companies through the complexities of their operations while ensuring regulatory compliance. Alongside her team, she has established a strong track record of successfully meeting the financing needs of clients in an ever-evolving market.

Advised on a US$1.14B pioneering project in Mexico to build hydraulic infrastructure for indirect potable wastewater reuse, addressing water scarcity and enhancing the drinking water supply.
Advised on refinancing a sub-sovereign entity’s US$1.12B public debt, backed by state revenues, allowing resource allocation to critical public services and infrastructure for community benefit.
Assistance in a cross-border flagship transaction of a US$400M syndicated credit for recycled aluminum manufacturing expansion and circular economy strengthening.
