Rufus is an associate in the firm's complex commercial litigation team, and has experience with a range of commercial disputes.  He is currently acting for the Ukrainian Bank, PrivatBank, in its $3 billion fraud claim against its former owners, Igor Kolomoisky and Gennadiy Bogolyubov.

He also has a strong interest in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) work, and leads the development on the firm's award winning Global Vision Tool, an open-source, award willing tool that allows clients and other users to track and understand key pieces of ESG legislation and regulation around the globe.
