Paige’s practice focuses on consumer and health data privacy frameworks, incident response, and considerations unique to neural data and reproductive and sexual health privacy in a post-Dobbs landscape. She advises clients at the intersection of evolving health technologies, regulatory landscapes, and data-driven business models—guiding companies through complex legal requirements with clarity and strategic foresight.

With experience in both proactive counseling and incident response, Paige supports tech companies, traditional healthcare entities, digital health platforms, REITs, insurers, and startups in navigating the full spectrum of privacy compliance. Her work includes advising on data collection and sharing practices, product counseling, regulatory risk, and laws such as HIPAA, state comprehensive privacy laws, and state consumer health privacy laws like Washington’s My Health My Data Act.

When incidents occur, Paige leads clients across various industries through all stages of data breach response—from investigation and containment to regulatory notification and post-incident remediation. Paige has particular experience advising on complex and large-scale incidents, including vendor data breaches. She works seamlessly with forensic teams, in-house counsel, and regulators to manage risk and maintain trust.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Paige practiced at other international law firms, where she worked on consumer privacy and incident response matters. Paige holds a J.D. and a B.A. from the University of Minnesota. While in law school, Paige’s paper on wearable technology regulation was published in the Minnesota Law Review.
