As a member of our Administrative and Public Law practice since 2008, Emanuela has developed her experience advising international clients in a wide range of areas, including environmental law, public procurement law, renewables and conventional energy, expropriation procedures, oil and gas regulatory, life sciences and other regulatory compliance matters. In the field of Italian public procurement law she regularly assists international clients in their participation in public procurement procedures launched by Italian contracting authorities as well as in the post-award phase, and she has also experience with public-private partnerships for the development of important projects and infrastructures, including in the healthcare sector.
Following admission to the Bar in 2010, Emanuela has assisted many of our clients in important judicial proceedings before Italian administrative and civil courts. In the context of some of the largest and most complex cross-border acquisitions and infrastructure projects, she has provided support to our corporate lawyers on permitting, environmental, and energy matters.
