Alex is a pragmatic litigator who provides thoughtful and client-focused solutions to clients facing high-stakes and complex regulatory and litigation risks.

Alex advises clients in a range of matters, including government and internal investigations, litigation, and compliance issues. Alex focuses his practice on technology-related disputes involving federal and state privacy protections, cybersecurity and data privacy, and consumer protection statutes. Alex regularly works with companies in the life sciences, data analytics, media and entertainment, technology, and defense sectors. 

Alex is a proud member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. In law school, he was selected as the Kathryn M. Buder Center for American Indian Studies Fellow and served as president of the Native American Law Student Association.

On the pro bono side, Alex has represented individuals in claims of religious discrimination in state administrative proceedings and in federal court.
