Eva-Christina Sommer supports issuers and underwriters in international capital markets transactions. Her areas of expertise include IPOs, capital increase transactions, bond issues and public takeover transactions as well as advising on general issues relating to corporate and capital markets law.
Eva-Christina studied German and French Law at the University of Cologne and the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Thereafter, she obtained an LL.M. in International Economic Law as well as in corporate & financial law from the Leuphana University Lüneburg and the University of Glasgow.
