India’s University Grants Commission has published the much awaited draft regulations for Foreign Higher Educational Institutions to set up operations in India. This is in furtherance of the National Education Policy, 2020 which envisaged internationalization of higher education in India. With these reforms, the education sector in India is likely to see a revolution.
