Hogan Lovells 2024 Election Impact and Congressional Outlook Report
Hogan Lovells Events | 7 March 2024 | 15:00 p.m. - 16:30 p.m. (JST)
Our 23rd session will be on "Strategic, co-ordinated and cost-effective patent litigation in Europe and beyond – key considerations for integrating Unified Patent Court (UPC), non-UPC, and national approaches to maximize the chances of success (Part 1)".
This is the first of a 2-part series, and Dr Frederick Ch'en, Dr Andreas von Falck, Katie McConnell, Inmaculada Lorenzo and Natalia Gulyaeva will give you presentations from a practical, strategic and comparative perspective. In particular, the speakers will provide their insights on how Japanese companies may benefit by effectively blending and combining procedures before the newly-established UPC with appropriate processes before non-UPC and national courts.
If you would like to participate, please register from the link below. We kindly ask individuals from other law firms and IP private practices to refrain from registering.
There will be a question-and-answer period and you will be able to submit questions online during the session. If you would like to send questions in advance (in Japanese or English), please contact tokyoevent@hoganlovells.com.
We very much look forward to your attendance.
