Felix Ackermann advises in the field of intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark, competition and copyright law. A focus of his work is the drafting and negotiation of agreements relating to intellectual property rights.
In addition, he advises his clients in transactions - both buy- and sell-side - on issues of IP/IT and data protection compliance.
After his law studies at the Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg, he completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe. During his legal clerkship, he gained experience at a large telecommunications company.
Felix joined our firm in 2021, initially as a research assistant, and as a lawyer since 2022.
