Grace is an associate within the London Brands team, part of the wider Intellectual Property practice.
Grace is involved in a wide range of litigious, corporate and advisory work, with a particular focus on IP litigation. She advises clients on protecting, commercialising and enforcing their IP rights, in particular trade marks, design rights and copyright.
Representative experience
Advising adidas on all aspects of brand protection and enforcement in the UK, including in a High Court action against Thom Browne.
