Tim Goh advises clients on a broad range of cross border corporate and commercial matters, including private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures, fund establishment, and secondaries.

Mr. Goh has worked in the ASEAN region and the Middle East for private equity, venture capital, start-ups, multinational companies, multilateral development banks and development finance institutions, and sovereign funds.

Mr. Goh also has experience advising on sustainable finance matters including environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters, green bonds and green financing, green funds, climate change and sustainability, public and government finance, regulatory compliance, sustainable debt and equity investments in emerging markets. He was named a Legal 5oo Green Ambassador and recognised as a standout individual who shapes ESG practices, and lead industry dialogues as thought leaders and change-makers.

In recent editions of The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, Mr. Goh has been recommended for his work in corporate and M&A with clients noting that he is an 'exceptional negotiator', 'very technically competent', 'always available, a problem solver, informative', and 'solution driven'.
