*Acting for an owner of an LNG facility in Australia in relation to Supreme Court proceedings against the EPC Contractor.
*Acting for contractor in arbitral proceedings arising out of the construction of a gas production and export project.
*Acting for an industry client in proceedings arising from the development of open cut coal mine.
