María is a notable practitioner in private equity and M&A deals, who advises national and international private equity funds and corporates in the M&A industry.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of M&A transactions (domestic and cross-border), takeovers, joint-ventures and corporate restructuring processes, with a solid background acting for corporates and financial investors across a wide range of industry sectors, including Health, Retail, Energy and Technology.
She frequently works with Graciela Llaneza and is the main point of contact of important clients on the day-to-day relationship, managing HL teams on-deal from different areas and jurisdictions.
