Hank advises clients on a variety of tech-heavy commercial arrangements and IP transactions in industries such as telecommunications, cloud computing, life sciences, media, and manufacturing. He has significant experience drafting and negotiating contracts covering all stages of the supply chain as well as complex licensing, distribution, and development agreements. He also advises clients on the intellectual property aspects of joint ventures, strategic alliances, and M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Hank served as a member of the Virginia Law & Business Review while attending the University of Virginia.
Representing Incyte Corp. in its license and collaboration agreement with MacroGenics relating to an anti-PD-1 antibody.
Advising a private equity fund in its acquisition of multiple synthetic royalty streams.
