Kaitlyn Hittelman advises clients on corporate, transactional, and commercial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions across various industries.
Kaitlyn has experience representing private and public companies with complex restructurings and resolving financial distress. She also frequently assists with transactions between academic medical centers, hospitals and health systems, and other healthcare clients.
At Hogan Lovells, Kaitlyn sits on the firm’s national Americas Associates Committee and the Los Angeles office’s Summer Associate Committee. She also maintains a pro bono practice dedicated to immigration and housing issues.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells as an associate, Kaitlyn was a member of the firm’s summer associate program. Kaitlyn shapes her analytical approach to solving her clients’ issues by leveraging her experience gained in law school externing for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
