Ashley Ifeadike provides business-oriented advice to help clients navigate the complex regulatory requirements of the rapidly evolving health care industry. 

Ashley advises clients on a broad range of antitrust issues, including antitrust risk assessments, merger clearance, investigations, and other matters before the Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, and state attorneys general. While Ashley works with clients in a variety of industries, she has significant experience advising health care companies, including health care providers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and payors. 

Ashley also regularly advises clients on health regulatory issues related to Medicare coverage and reimbursement, government price reporting, and health regulatory due diligence. 

Prior Hogan Lovells, Ashley worked in corporate strategy for one of the nation's largest health insurance companies. Ashley also has experience working on health access and equity issues with the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the White House Covid-19 Health Equity Task Force.  Ashley continues to focus on issues related to health equity and social determinants of health through her pro bono work, including her work in reproductive rights, housing justice, and criminal justice.
