Chris assists clients on a full range of international trade, investment and policy issues, including economic and trade sanctions, export controls, forced labour and customs. His work encompasses advising on the above legal issues, analysing risks in the context of corporate transactions and working on trade compliance programmes.

Chris has spent time on secondment to a large US bank, gaining experience of regulatory law and compliance from a client perspective. He has also spent time living and working in China and takes a keen interest in China-UK trade and investment issues.
