Jannick Nagel represents national and international clients in pre-litigation scenarios and in court. His practice focuses on dispute resolution in the infrastructure and energy transition sectors (renewable energy, LNG, water projects, energy-from-waste projects), as well as contractual and corporate disputes.
Jannick supports clients in enforcing their rights and claims while also defending them in lawsuits. He has already built up significant hearing experience representing one of Germany's leading payment service providers in numerous disputes. Additionally, he advises on out-of-court disputes, striving for mutually beneficial solutions.
Jannick studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt majoring in law & finance. He served his legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt. During this time, he gained international experience working in our firm's capital markets and banking practice in New York.
Before and during his legal clerkship, Jannick has already worked as a research assistant in the firm's litigation practice in our Frankfurt office.
