Keith regularly defends and advises employers in matters involving allegations of employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour violations. Keith also counsels clients with respect to compliance with regulations enforced by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Title IX, pay transparency legislation, paid sick leave laws, and federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws. Additionally, Keith advises clients on the labor and employment aspects of corporate transactions. Keith has successfully conducted internal investigations for employers regarding sensitive discrimination and harassment allegations. Keith consistently guides clients through niche legal issues and works to thoroughly comprehend the needs of their business. 

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Keith was a labor and employment associate at an Am Law 150 firm and achieved several favorable results for his clients, including securing summary judgment in a federal employment discrimination matter, which was later affirmed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. During law school, Keith served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Mark A. Kearney in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the Chairperson of the Villanova Law Moot Court Board.

Representative experience

Won summary judgment in federal court case alleging disability discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and FMLA interference. Affirmed by U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.*

Secured dismissal of matters in federal court alleging age discrimination and breach of contract on behalf of global retail company and national telecommunications company.*

Conducted internal investigations for higher education institutions regarding allegations of racial discrimination, retaliation, and sexual harassment.*
