Spencer Leroux focuses his practice on securities and public company advisory work, capital markets, and general corporate and finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

During law school, Spencer worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable John A. Gibney, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and served as Lead Articles Editor for the William & Mary Law Review. Spencer was a research assistant for Dean A. Benjamin Spencer and assisted Professor Peter A. Alces in designing a new curriculum for a commercial law survey course. Prior to law school, Spencer worked as a paralegal at a boutique Washington D.C. law firm.
