Les has substantial experience representing real estate investment trusts (REITs) and financial institutions and also represents clients in a variety of other industries, including aerospace, defense and government services; life sciences and health care; and technology, media, and telecommunications.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Les was an associate at another leading international law firm, where he advised clients on cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and public and private financings. Prior to attending law school, Les served as an officer in the United States Army, where, in addition to learning how to fly, he learned the importance of service and of getting things right the first time.
