Giulia Maccioni is an Associate in the Employment team in Italy. She assists both local and international clients across various sectors in managing all aspects of the employment relationship.
Her expertise includes corporate transactions for the area related to the personnel, drafting executives’ and employees’ agreements, relationships and dismissals, disputes and everyday management of employment aspects. Giulia has acquired valuable experience in particular in non-contentious employment matters, advising in domestic and cross-border corporate transactions involving companies operating in several industries.
Giulia graduated in Law at the University of Florence in 2020 and joined the firm in 2021. Prior to her role at Hogan Lovells, she gained experience working with both an International law firm and an Italian firm as part of their employment team.

Assistance to Fressnapf in the acquisition of Shiba TopCo Limited, which indirectly holds the share capital of Agrifarma S.p.A., a company at the head of the “Arcaplanet” group.

Assistance to various clients from the negotiation phase until signing and drafting agreements with executives.
