Samantha D. Marshall helps pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients navigate complex federal health care program requirements and develop legislative and regulatory advocacy strategies.
Sam counsels pharmaceutical manufacturers on the complex and evolving requirements of the Inflation Reduction Act, including the Drug Price Negotiation Program and inflation rebates. She helps manufacturers develop programs for complying with federal drug price reporting requirements and helps clients strategize to address coverage and reimbursement issues. Across all these programs, Sam works with her clients to anticipate and respond to the rapidly evolving environment for health care law.
Prior to joining the firm, Sam was an associate at a boutique health law firm in Washington, D.C. and worked at the University of Michigan Health System Legal Office during law school.
Sam served as the managing articles editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform at the University of Michigan Law School.
