Lorea advises clients in the global data economy navigating privacy, trade, and digital governance frameworks. Her practice spans a range of digital regulatory issues, including cross-border data transfers, technology export controls, and the evolving patchwork of U.S. state and federal privacy and AI laws.

As an associate in both the Data, Privacy and Cybersecurity and the International Trade and Investment practices with a background in U.S. and EU law, Lorea brings a uniquely integrated perspective to her practice and offers clients a holistic view of their compliance and risk landscape.

In addition to her regulatory practice, Lorea is deeply committed to pro bono. She frequently represents clients navigating asylum proceedings, seeking protection from domestic violence, or facing financial harms. Drawing on her background in consumer advocacy at the Consumer Protection Clinic at Harvard Law School, Lorea grounds her approach with sensitivity to the practical and economic realities her clients face.
