As a counsel in the London Tax Group, Natalie's practice encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate tax matters. She concentrates on high-value commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions and group restructurings and reorganisations. She is also experienced in advising on capital markets and finance transactions.

Recognising the importance of the tax angles to any transaction, Natalie's strengths lie in delivering clear technical and commercial advice. She prides herself on her strong relationships with practices across the firm as well as members of the Hogan Lovells Global Tax team, which enables her to deliver coordinated solutions to her financial institution and multi-national clients.

Natalie's focus and her enthusiasm for her subject means she's always committed to bringing the full weight of her experience to bear in offering insight and advice to clients on even the most perplexing of tax problems.

Representative experience

Advising General Electric (GE) on disposal of US$23bn global real estate equity and debt portfolio business.

Advising Mitsubishi Heavy Industries on €3.5bn global joint venture with Siemens in the field of metals machinery technology.

Advising major UK retail bank on disposal of UK mortgage business.

Advising SABMiller in relation to a wide range of transactions, including M&A, reorganisations, joint ventures and financing arrangements.

Advising Wyevale Garden Centres, a portfolio company of Terrafirma and the UK's largest garden centre chain, on a number of acquisitions.

Advising FCE Bank PLC on the securitisation of UK consumer auto loan receivables and in relation to similar securitisations in other European jurisdictions.
