Nathan Cooper advises a diverse set of clients on complex financings.
Nathan regularly represents real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity sponsors, Fortune 500 companies, middle-market companies, and financial institutions on acquisition financings, corporate credit facilities, asset-based lending facilities, leveraged financings, term loan B and covenant-lite financings, and mezzanine and payment-in-kind (PIK) financings. His practice has a particular focus on real estate, aerospace and defense, health care, industrials and chemicals, and technology.
