Hogan Lovells adds a team of 13 to create one of the largest global law firm Finance practices in Italy

London, Milan, Rome, 16 January 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells announces the addition of 13 Restructuring and Special Situations (RSS) lawyers to its Corporate & Finance Practice in Italy. 

The team [pictured] includes two partners, Francesco De Gennaro and Alessandro Lanzi, who the firm announced in November 2024. Francesco De Gennaro will lead the Hogan Lovells RSS practice in Italy. 

The expanded practice – which is based in both Milan and Rome – offers a wealth of experience assisting companies, lenders and institutional investors on financial restructuring and turnaround, distressed investments and special situations, further strengthening the firm’s presence in Italy and enhancing its ability to serve clients across key global markets.
