His arrival demonstrates the firm’s ongoing commitment to supporting clients in Italy and follows quickly on the heels of seven partners joining the Corporate & Finance team in Italy in January. Hogan Lovells has welcomed over 50 people to its Italian practices in the last 12 months.
Andrea has almost 15 years’ experience in private and public M&A and private equity. He regularly assists Italian and international private equity sponsors, industrial clients and investment banks on cross-border and domestic transactions in a number of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, technology, media, telecommunications, and energy.

As well as the five-partner Corporate & Finance team, Hogan Lovells also welcomed a team of 13 Restructuring and Special Situations lawyers in January. After the integration of the new teams, Hogan Lovells Italy will have over 140 lawyers, including 32 partners.
