Margarit has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in the telecommunications and technology sectors in digital infrastructure projects, equity investments, project financings, and emerging technologies. His practice has a particular emphasis on subsea and terrestrial network builds, as well as data centers, and he’s worked with some of the leading global tech companies. His clients include content providers, multinational telecommunications carriers, hyperscalers, tech and media companies, governmental and quasi-governmental entities, equipment vendors, PE firms, infra venture capital funds, and financial institutions.
Buhler focuses on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and infrastructure projects. She advises a range of clients across sectors, particularly telecommunications and financial institutions, in their financing, capital markets and corporate needs. Additionally, she advises technology companies on commercial and regulatory matters, with a focus on subsea network infrastructure. She represents clients in the negotiation of network infrastructure contracts, including submarine cable construction contracts, joint build agreements, and the construction and use of data centers.

Margarit earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. from University of Miami.
