Milan, 22 October 2024 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised 21 Invest, a European investment group, on its binding agreement with BeNiceHolding to acquire a majority stake in TheNiceKitchen, an Italian group specialising in the production of cooking, refrigeration and washing systems for professional kitchens.
21 Invest was founded and led by Alessandro Benetton with offices in Italy, France and Poland.
The team that advised 21 Invest on the transaction was led by partner Luca Picone, and comprised senior associate Francesco De Michele and associate Giuseppe Angiò. Partner Mauro Saccani and trainee Giovanni Quaggiotti advised on the finance aspects of the transaction.
