Hogan Lovells advises Delen Private Bank on the acquisition of Servatus Vermogensmanagement

Amsterdam, 16 April 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Delen Private Bank on the acquisition of all shares in the capital of Servatus Vermogensmanagement, a Dutch asset management firm located in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

The acquisition is in line with the growth strategy of Delen Private Bank in The Netherlands since entering the Dutch market in 2016 and will be their seventh Dutch acquisition in nine years.
