11 March 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Enel group on its multi-tranche sustainability-linked bond issuances for a total amount of €2 billion. The bonds, listed on the regulated market Euronext Dublin, were issued by Enel Finance International N.V., with a guarantee from Enel S.p.A.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Patrizio Messina and included partner Alessandro Accrocca, associate Edoardo Minnetti and trainees Noemi Biagini and Riccardo Del Torto. Head of Tax-Italy Serena Pietrosanti and counsel Maria Cristina Conte advised on the tax aspects of the transaction.
