Hogan Lovells advises Hyle Capital Partners on the sale of its majority stake in the Fyeld to White Bridge

Milan, 24 December 2024 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised private equity fund Hyle Capital Partners on the sale of its majority stake in the Italian group Fyeld, a global leader in the tomato harvesting machines for the canning industry, to private equity fund White Bridge Investments.

This transaction represents a milestone in the ambitious and successful Buy and Build project, which started with the acquisition of Guaresi in June 2022 by Hyle Capital Partners, which expanded its capacity and diversified its offering through the acquisitions in Italy of Grim, Hortech and Toselli, all transactions in which Hogan Lovells advised the buyer, and in Germany of K.U.L.T.
